Chipperfield Common

Chipperfield is a very attractive village with everything a traditional English village should have; a church, several pubs, a cricket pitch and a large wooded Common as a backdrop to complete the picture. Chipperfield Common is the largest woodland in Dacorum and, undoubtedly, the best known feature in Chipperfield. With an area of 47.5 hectares, the Common is a great place to go to experience the feeling of the countryside and to get close to nature. It has a Green Flag Award and a good network of paths and an Easy Access Route.  Park Facilities: cycle routes, free parking, nature walks, picnic area, pond, wildlife, woodlands.
