Having been in and out of Lockdown for almost 2 years and keen to celebrate Christmas in an unusual way, Anne Barnes and Caroline Scott, along with their girls and dear friends, attended a Chocolate Making Workshop, where the laughter and tempered chocolate flowed until they almost cried.

With support and advice from Dawn, who ran the initial workshop, they quickly founded their own chocolate workshop based in Boxmoor.
