Seated Dance Classes
A fun low-impact seated dance class for all abilities. Improve strength, flexibility, balance & coordination with easy-to-follow moves.
Done from a chair, combining simple steps with great music to improve mobility, confidence and wellbeing. No dance experience needed and suitable for all abilities. Boost circulation and have fun. £6.10 per class.
